Table Manner

When the time come, the Sang(a movable dinner table where all the food has been laid) will be brought into the room by the hostess or the maid for the guest. The guest is sometimes led into the room where the table has already been placed, complete with food.
The food is not passed around the table. Since everything is on the table, the guest eats rice with whatever side dishes he wants.
In old days conversation is discouraged while eating but this custom is changing among new generation.
